Nick has been calling Colorado home since his family immigrated to the states in the 90s. Growing up here and seeing continuous changes our state has gone through, Nick is a great resource for local and out of state clients looking to sell or invest in Colorado real estate.

After serving in the Army and being medically retired in the rank of Master Sergeant (MSG), Nick pursued a full-time career in real estate. Something he already had good experience with as he was involved in numerous real estate transactions and flips prior to getting his real estate license in 2016.

In the years since, Nick worked with hundreds of clients and won numerous awards for his services, while building long-lasting relationships with many clients. Wanting to expand services to more clients through a more convenient approach, he started the Home Pros Colorado Team In 2018. He understands that every client and situation is unique and requires a great deal of finesse and experience to help buyers, sellers, and investors be successful in the ever-changing housing market. Nick and his team of dedicated realtors continue to offer honest and affordable services to all clients and growing their #HomeProsFamily

In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, supporting community events, being outdoors, and attending car racing related events.

Alison is a Colorado native who values the amazing lifestyle, activities and scenery that this state has to offer. She grew up in Boulder and has lived in many of the greater Denver metro cities and her local market knowledge promises exceptional service. Alison prides herself for being extremely driven, responsive, and attentive to the details and needs of her clients. She and her dynamic team are full time dedicated real estate professionals who guide clients through every step of the real estate transaction.

Alison is highly personable and communicates thoroughly to move deals forward in a seamless fashion. Her positive style helps put clients at ease to ask questions at every stage of the process. With over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, Alison uses her BS degree in design and her MBA to offer staging, buyer and listing services to work for you. In her free time, Alison enjoys traveling and exploring Colorado with her husband, friends, family and dogs.

Elena has a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance and a strong background in mortgage lending, tax preparation, and insurance. Her experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator will help clients to better prepare and understand underwriting guidelines, loan structuring, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. In the earlier years, Elena was in charge of her family hospitality business and often traveled abroad. This broader financial perspective and experience will help better understand and anticipate the full scope of clients’ needs and see transactions from multiple angles. She is also fluent in Russian and can assist our Russian-speaking clients with a variety of services.

In her free time, Elena loves to spend time with her family, travel, and perform at a variety of events as singing has been her passion since a little girl.
